Delete your account in the app
Signed-in MiCaso users can request account deletion from inside the MiCaso mobile app. Open MiCaso, go to Profile, sign in if needed, then choose Delete account. Follow the prompts to confirm the request.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@petitionpro.io with the subject line "MiCaso account deletion request". Include the email address used for your MiCaso account. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, full immigration documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information in the email.
What we delete
After verifying the request, we delete or de-identify the MiCaso account and associated app data we control, which may include profile information, saved USCIS receipt numbers, case nicknames, case tracking records, saved calendar items, uploaded notices or documents, extracted notice text, assistant messages, office messages, support requests, push tokens, app behavior events tied to the account, and related app records.
Subscriptions
Deleting a MiCaso account does not automatically cancel a Google Play, Apple App Store, RevenueCat, Stripe, or other payment-provider subscription. To stop future billing, cancel the subscription through the store or payment provider where it was purchased. Apple and Google subscriptions must generally be managed through the Apple ID or Google Play account used for purchase.
Data we may retain
Some information may remain for a limited time where needed for security, fraud prevention, debugging, backups, billing records, app store records, subscription records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, owner analytics, or operational records. We do not use retained deletion-related records to recreate a deleted account.
Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required for legal, security, billing, or operational reasons. We may contact you if we need information to verify the account.
